The Similkameen produces exceptional Merlot and the addition of a splash of Malbec, adds an exclamation point to this wine. Aromas and flavours are of ripe plums, bing cherries, along with a dusting of desert sage and pie spices. Youthful, grainy tannins along with bright acidity make this wine an ideal partner for a variety of grilled meat dishes.
